Our self defense classes are designed to teach you self defense in a comfortable, non-threatening environment. Our classes will teach you to protect yourself by developing your physical and mental skills. Classes will consist of discussions, role-plays, simple defense techniques, and reaction training. You will develop self-confidence in a fun environment while gaining the health benefits of active movement. We specialize in classes for women, families, and children (6yrs and older) of all skill levels and abilities.
We offer 4 Levels of Self Defense Training and Certification
Classes for Women and/or Families available
Private lessons, workshops, and seminars are available upon request.
8-Week Self Defense Courses start in September, January, and March.
