Teaching Self Defense to Adults and Youth
Flying Tiger Self Defense is a group of adults and youth learning and studying self-defense skills and the martial arts.  Our classes are designed to teach self-defense in a comfortable, non-threatening environment.  All of our classes are taught by a female instructor who is assisted by our Leadership Team.  We offer two types of classes: a Self Defense Course and a Martial Arts Program.  Classes are held at Millcreek Activity Center.

Self Defense Course
This is a beginning level class designed to teach self-defense in a comfortable, non-threatening environment.  Learn how to protect yourself through discussions, simple defenses techniques, and reaction training.  Develop self-confidence while enjoying a low-impact workout and having fun.  Beneficial for families, men, women, and children 6 and older.
Courses start in January, March, September, and October/November

Martial Arts Program
Students learn basic defense skills as well as progress through the traditional martial arts curriculum.  Also, martial arts concepts and philosophies are taught.  Students learn at their own pace, progress though martial arts belt levels, and participate in traditional martial arts evaluations.
