Self Defense Classes
In our self defense class you will learn to protect and defend yourself through mental and physical skills. Classes will help you develop confidence and the ability to prevent and deal with a self defense situation. You will gain the benefit of health and fitness while participating in a fun and enjoyable class that is held in a non-threatening environment. You can participate in group, individual, women-only, and family classes. 8 Week Self Defense Courses start in January, March, & September.
Martial Arts Classes
Improve your confidence, focus, and self-discipline while you learn and progress through a martial arts levels. You will learn the mental and physical principles of the martial arts while continuing to develop your self defense skills. Learn skills in karate, kickboxing, weapons, and ground defense skills. This class is beneficial for women, men, and youth (6yrs and older). New student classes start every month. Please call to schedule your Introductory Lesson.

Flying Tiger Self Defense is a group of adults and youth striving to make our lives better by learning and studying self-defense and the martial arts. Our classes are designed to teach self-defense in a comfortable, non-threatening environment. We specialize in self defense courses for women and families and also offer a martial arts program. Students of all ages, skills levels, and abilities find our classes beneficial.
